• Non-image files or otherwise "image files" that contains anything other than image data (eg. hidden code).
• Images intending to be used, even indirectly, to harass, spam or defame.
• Any other images that are considered (at ahpic.com's discretion) derogatory, offensive and/or disturbing.

If there is any violation of the Terms of Service and/or if any of the aforementioned prohibited material is uploaded to ahpic.com via any of its services and features, ahpic.com may take action which includes, but is not limited to, deleting the offending image(s) and banning/preventing the person responsible from using any or all of ahpic.com's features and services. Ahpic.com reserves the right to proceed with legal action against offenders and, as per the Privacy Policy, may provide evidence to law enforcement agencies should such violations warrant as such.

Please note that uploaded images may become publicly viewable on the ahpic.com site. If you'd like your images to be more private, it is recommended that you register an account and set the gallery type to private.

Ahpic.com is not responsible, nor holds copyright on the content uploaded. All images maintain the copyright of the respective owners. Ahpic.com reserves the right to remove any images at any time, without exception or notification, including, but limited to, content and material that is offensive, pornographic, violates copyright or trade laws, is consuming large amounts of system and network resources, is linked to locations ahpic.com (at its discretion) does not want to be linked at or associated with, or violates any other part of the Terms of Service in any way. Ahpic.com reserves the right to, at a later date, forbid and consequently delete, without notification, previously uploaded images that are pornographic in nature and this includes, but is not limited to, images depicting genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations. Furthermore, ahpic.com reserves the right to delete any image for any reason, without prior warning or notification.

Ahpic.com does not claim ownership to your images. By uploading your images you merely grant us a license to display your image for the purpose of image hosting, sharing the image with your friends, or in any of our services and features. Thus, by posting or submitting images to ahpic.com, you grant ahpic.com the non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide right to use, transmit, reproduce, sub-license, create derivative works from, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, have distributed, and promote the content in any form on ahpic.com and for the purpose of hosting the image on other sites. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all images you submit to ahpic.com or provide to any of ahpic.com’s services and features. You represent that you either own the images or have the rights necessary to grant ahpic.com this license. Ahpic.com directs full legal responsibility of images to their respective users.
